  Super friendly staff, location was very handy being so close to the DLR which was great for getting to and from the Excel and having shops close was convenient. Room was very clean, nothing too fancy and AC worked very well!

  Superb hotel for exhibitions and events at the Excel. Alexandra is superb on the front desk, couldn't be more helpful and friendly!

  One of the cleanest and modern Premier Inns I've stayed in. Rooms look freshly painted, have been dusted properly and minimal stains on the carpet. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. The location is good in terms of being next to a tube station, but unless you know the area there's not much around to do or see. I had a comfortable night sleep and couldn't hear any noise from outside (which im very sensitive to) because the windows were sealed properly. I didn't have breakfast this time, but I've had it before and it was decent. I will stay here again.

  Rooms are perfectly fine. The drinks in the bar are great. The food is not good. Last time I stayed here I had a chicken tikka twist pizza, it was the most vile pizza I have ever tasted. Thought it was a one off and came bad today. I had the smothered chicken with a side of cheesy garlic bread. It was an abomination, you can see the pictures to judge for yourself. So if you come here, the rooms are great but bring your own food.
